Why is Popeyes Relaunching their Wings?

It’s official. Starting today, Popeyes Wings are available in restaurants nationwide and they’re bringing a whole new level of flavor, flexibility and fire to game day spreads everywhere.

When Popeyes first launched wings in 2023, fans showed up. But they also spoke up. They loved the bold taste, but many wanted more choice when it came to heat levels. Every wing in the new lineup now starts with a mild marinated base. It's a savory blend of Louisiana-inspired seasonings that’s golden, crispy and ready to take on any flavor. Whether you are team sauce or team dry rub, you now get the flavor you want without the fire (unless you want it).

·      Mild Base on All Bone-In Wings: Marinated in a savory blend of mild Louisiana seasonings, cooked up golden brown and crispy.

·      Sweet ‘N Spicy, Now Served on a Mild Base:Coated in a glaze featuring chili, garlic and ginger, delivering a flavorfulkick.  

·      Honey BBQ Now Served on a Mild Base: Bold, richand tangy, this flavor brings the classic taste of barbeque in a saucedwing.  

·      NEW Ghost Pepper Dry Rub: Dusted in a savory blend of classic Louisiana seasonings and fiery Ghost Pepper; this is a new take on one of our classic flavors.  

·      NEW Lemon Pepper Dry Rub: Topped with lemonpepper seasoning, this is our take on a sweet and tangy classic.  

·      NEW Garlic Parm Dry Rub: A rich and savory blendof parmesan cheese and aromatic garlic tossed onto a golden-brown wing.  

·      NEW Buffalo Dry Rub: Classic buffalo flavor coats a crisp wing to create the perfect mix of flavor and heat.
