The Story Behind It: Ghost Pepper Sandwich 

We already know our chicken sandwich is good, but how can we make it scary good?

When we first launched our chicken sandwich, we had dreams of how our chicken sandwich platform could evolve. Our first attempt with this task was our recent launch of our Golden BBQ sandwich.  The flavors in the Golden BBQ sandwich are rich, sweet, tangy and zesty and drastically different from our classic Spicy Chicken Sandwich that we are so well known for. This innovation allowed us to cater to even more guests, and we knew we had created yet another fan favorite sandwich. So, what was next?

“When we were thinking of what flavor would be perfect for our next Chicken Sandwich, the answer was right in front of us. When we launched our wings platform, we used our Ghost Pepper flavor as the base for all of our wings.  Marinated in a dry spice blend before they’re hand breaded and fried to a perfect crunch, our wings are the perfect balance of flavor and fire.
